Individualized Service Delivery

Camelot Community Care believe that each individual has a right to live a life that is as active as possible. We thus strive to empower each person having any form of disability to best gain their independence and achieve a quality lifestyle.

The services we offer are tailor-made to meet each person’s specific needs. We also design programs that are flexible to meet all our clients needs. Our client live in their independent homes, some with families and others in support living accommodation hence their friends and families can come as they please.

We are big on collaborating with clients and their loved ones to develop personalized plans as we value their input. We also take into full consideration the input provided by health care professionals. All plans develop must be approved before we commence our support and are always subject to regular updating to meet your needs.

Professional & Friendly Care Providers

We ensure that every Camelot Community Care provider receives proper and professional training with key concern to issues pertaining to disabilities. These may include stroke awareness and safe manual handling.

More importantly, we make sure to have a clear understanding of you or your family’s interests before assigning a carer. We aim to provide carers that provide our clients with enjoyable social interaction and friendship.

Camelot Community Care believes that each person plays a critical role in building a healthy and safe community. We therefore purpose to build a community that fosters great involvement in each person’s life with both families, friends and neighbors. The aim is to ensure that people with disabilities access the support they need to live independently in their communities.
